The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Original Suit No. 19 of 1990 filed by the petitioners against the defendants- respondents within a specified time frame.

Having regard to the facts that the suit is pending since the year 1990 the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to make serious efforts to decide the same expeditiously by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties provided there is no legal impediment.
