All these Criminal Miscellaneous Applications are filed in Criminal Revision Applications No.200/2010 to 206/2010 which came to be admitted by this Court on 06.04.2010 by issuing RULE.
The complainants are present in the Court as identified by learned Advocates for the complainant.
Petitioner, accused in all the above cases and complainants of respective complaints have entered into notarised agreement / undertaking dated 10.05.2010 by which the modus is worked out for payment of outstanding dues. The above agreement is signed by all the parties and copy of which is ordered to be taken on record.
I have heard learned Advocate for the accused and the complainants and they confirm the above understanding, terms and contents therein. Considering the above, the Agreement dated 10.05.2010 signed by the complainants of all the complaints and the accused and subject matter of revision applications pending before this Court, I deem it just and proper to grant prayer in terms of Paragraph [4](c) of each Criminal Miscellaneous Application namely CR.MA No.4969/2010 to CR.MA No.4975/2010. In view of the above, the accused petitioner in each of the cases is ordered to be enlarged on furnishing personal bond of Rs.5,000/= and surety of the like amount each before the Trial Court on fresh bond and same terms and conditions of bail to be furnished before the concerned Trial Court in each of the cases. These applications are allowed accordingly and Registry is directed to place Criminal Revision Application No.200/2010 to 206/2010 on Board on 13th May, 2010. Direct Service is permitted.
