Mr. Rutviz Oza, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent states that the affidavit to the main petition being Special Civil Application No. 2465 of 2015 shall be filed on or before 17.04.2015 and copy thereof shall be handed over to Mr.Nirav Mishra, learned advocate for the applicant­ petitioner. It is pertinent to note that Special Civil Application No. 2465 of 2015 is fixed for hearing on 23.04.2015. Hence, the present application does not survive and the same is accordingly disposed of.
