Heard Mr. Ajay Jagirdar, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners. He states that the petitioners shall deposit an amount of Rs.93,473/- with Corporation within a period of one week subject to without prejudice to their rights and contentions, which may be advanced at the time of hearing.
Notice returnable on 27th March, 2019 on condition that the petitioner shall deposit the above-referred amount within a period of one week from today.
Till then, ad-interim relief in terms of paragraph No.13(B).
Direct service is permitted today.
