Rule.

Learned APP Mr.Pujari waives service of notice of rule on behalf of the respondent State and learned advocate Mr.Ravani waives service of notice of rule on behalf of respondent No.2.

Heard learned advocates for the parties.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is clarified that sentence imposed by this Court while partly allowing the above referred appeals against the judgment and order dated 23.9.2008 passed by the Special Judge, CBI, Court No.3, Ahmedabad in Special Case Nos.30, 31 and 32 of 1998 is ordered to be run concurrently.

Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent in each application. Direct service is permitted.
