Petitioners are senior citizens and are having problem with their younger son and daughter in law. In this regard the petitioner has filed an application before the District Magistrate which is pending consideration.

We accordingly dispose of the matter directing the District Magistrate to consider petitioners application and pass appropriate orders in the light of the provisions of Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, within four weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
