Present application has been filed by the applicant for extension of temporary bail on the ground that his residential house is required to be repaired and therefore, he could not surrender on 27.08.2020 before the jail authority on completion of temporary bail granted by this Court vide order dated 07.08.2020 in Criminal Misc. Application No.10887 of 2020.

Learned advocate for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw present application, however, she has requested that the applicant shall surrender tomorrow and the period of late surrender may be regularized.

circumstances of the case, the temporary bail granted by this court is extended upto 27.08.2020. The period of late surrender is regularized. The applicant is directed to surrender before the Jail Authority on or before 28.08.2020 without fail.
