The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the court below to decide application for restoration of Misc. Case No. 22 of 2005 arising out of Land Acquisition Case No. 75 of 1990 within a specified time frame.
Having regard to the facts of the case the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to decide the said miscellaneous case expeditiously by fixing short dates.
