Leave to add State Government as party respondent no.3. NOTICE to the respondent no.1, returnable on 10th JANUARY 2020 to be served through speed post at the cost of the petitioner.
Before returnable date the petitioner no.1 to be medically examined by the committee of Doctors constituted by the Superintendent of the Civil Hospital, Ahmedabad. The applicant is ready and willing to bear the cost of the examination and shall therefore deposit the cost of the same.
Direct Service is permitted today.
