A joint request is made to refer the matter to the High Court Mediation Centre for exploring the possibilities of an amicable settlement between the parties, as the disputes are in the nature of matrimonial disputes, it is desirable to refer the matter to Sr. Mediator, who shall submit his report within a period of six weeks, i.e. on or before 20TH JUNE, 2016.
