Manoj vs State Of U P And Another

High Court Of Judicature at Allahabad|03 November, 2017
Court No. - 42
Case :- APPLICATION U/S 482 No. - 35790 of 2017 Applicant :- Manoj Opposite Party :- State Of U.P. And Another Counsel for Applicant :- Mohammad Faisal Khan Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A.
Hon'ble Ramesh Sinha,J.
Heard Sri Mohammad Faisal Khan, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Ashish Pandey, learned A.G.A. for the State.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the order dated 14.3.2013 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffar Nagar in Case No.35/11 of 2012 under Section 125 Cr.P.C., PS- Mansoorpur, District Muzaffar Nagar.
After having heard the learned counsel for the parties present and perused the impugned order as well as the material brought on record, I am of the view that the impugned order is based upon relevant considerations and supported by cogent reasons, hence requires no interference by this Court in its inherent power under Section 482 Cr.P.C.
The prayer for quashing the impugned orders is refused. The application lacks merits and is accordingly dismissed.
