Ms. Divya Chaurasiya, Advocate holding brief of Sri Siddharth Singhal, learned counsel has filed today a Vakalatanama of Sri Siddharth Singhal, on behalf of the petitioner, which is taken on record.

Sri D.K. Tiwari, learned Standing Counsel is present.

By means of this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has sought a relief in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 31.03.2009 passed by respondent No.2 and quashing the notification issued by the State Government under Section 4 (1) of the Land Acquisition Act dated 02.09.2008 as published in the daily Amar Ujala, Agra Edition on 14.09.2008.

It is stated that controversy arising in this writ petition is similar and identical to Writ- C No.- 69234 of 2009 (Krishna Kumar & Ors. vs State Of U.P. & Others) decided on 07.08.2019.

Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that controversy is squarely covered by the above decision.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is also dismissed in the terms of the aforesaid judgment dated 07.08.2019 passed by this Court in Writ- C No.- 69234 of 2009.
