1. This is an application for temporary bail. This application is not pressed qua applicant No.2 - Yogesh Manhar Tandel. This application is considered qua applicant No.1 - Manharbhai Ramanbhai Tandel.

3. The applicant accused is in judicial custody in connection with the offence being I-CR.No. 23 of 2014 registered with Bilimora Police Station, Dist. Navsari for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 337, 307, 504 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 135 of Gujarat Police Act.

4. Considering the totality, the following order is passed.

to be released on temporary bail for a period of two weeks from the date of his actual release, on his executing personal bond of Rs.5,000/- to the concerned Jail authority.

4.3 The accused shall surrender before the jail authority on expiry of the stipulated period.

4.4 Rule is made absolute. Direct service is permitted.
