The only relief pressed by the learned counsel for the applicant is that to direct the learned court below to conclude and decide the S.T. No.81 of 2015 (State Vs. Brij Mohan and others), under Sections 302, 307, 394, 411, 376 I.P.C., P.S. Konch, District Jalaun within stipulated time fixed.

Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the aforesaid request.

In view of the aforesaid, this application is disposed of with a direction to the Court concerned to decide and conclude the aforesaid case in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order and without granting any unnecessary adjournment, if there is no legal impediment.
