When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.Zubin Bharda, learned advocate, has submitted that he has filed Civil Application to be joined in the present proceedings for and on behalf of the society as well as president but, said Civil Application though filed is not placed on record and accordingly, requests for some time.
In view of above, the office is directed to list this writ petition along with Civil Application for hearing on 1.9.2020.
