Mahammadsha Ibrahimsha Fakir vs Ms.Patel For Mr.Munshaw

1. Ms.Patel for Mr.Munshaw, learned Counsel for the TDO - respondent No.6 states that pursuant to the order dated 12.3.2015 passed by this Court, 61 encroachers are removed and the affidavit to that effect is already filed.

2. However, Mr.Dipak B. Patel, learned Counsel for Page 1 of 2 WRIT PETITION (PIL)/124/2014 18/04/2015 01:20:10 AM C/WPPIL/124/2014 ORDER respondents No.7 to 17 raised the grievance that all encroachers are not removed, but those who are favourites of Sarpanch of the Gram Panchayat are allowed to continue and he wants to file affidavit on the said aspect.

3. Mr.Darji states that the allegations are baseless.

4. The matter will be considered further on the said aspects on the next date. All parties may file their pleadings, if they are so desirous. S. O. to 29.4.2015.
