1. In this application, the prayers sought for are as follows:

"(A) The Honourable Court may be pleased to call the corpus, Supriya (respondent No.6, herein) from Nari Gruh, Paldi and was further pleased to pass an appropriate order to allow to go to a place of her choice after ascertaining the wish of the corpus as she had attained the age of majority;

2. Issue Notice returnable on 4.8.2020. Let the corpus be brought before this Court, to be presented through the Video Conferencing, to be arranged at the nearest court which in the instant case shall be the City Civil and Sessions Court, Bhadra.
