The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the court below to decide objections under Section 34 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (herein after referred to as the Act, 1996), registered as Arbitration Case No. 13 of 2017 expeditiously.

A perusal of the order-sheet reveals that on the last date counsel for both the parties were present but on their request the matter was adjourned for 02.09.2019. It is desirable that the objections under Section 34 of the Act, 1996 be decided expeditiously.

Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the court below to decide Arbitration Case No. 13 of 2017 expeditiously preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
