1. Learned Advocate Ms.Srushti Thula for the petitioner does not press for the present petition at this juncture and states that the petitioner shall apply afresh for the academic year 2019-20. However, she submits that the respondents be directed to adhere to the time schedule for processing the said application.

2. Learned Advocate Mr.Kshitij Amin for the respondent No.1 states that such application, if made by the petitioner, for the academic year 2019-20 shall be considered in accordance with the Rules adhering to the time schedule prescribed under Section 13A(5) of IMCC Act and Regulation, 2013.

3. In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as not pressed for at this juncture. However, it is directed that the respondent No.1 shall process and decide the application of the petitioner, if made, for the academic year 2019- 20 afresh in accordance with law and strictly adhering to the time schedule prescribed under the said Act and Regulation of 2013. It is expected that the respondent University shall also respond to the application of the petitioner and decide the same as expeditiously as possible.
