Heard learned advocate Mr. P. J. Yagnik for the applicants. While admitting the appeal in Civil Application No.416 of 2004 so also in Civil Application 9502 of 2015, this Court has directed to deposit some amount in FDR and continued such amount till appeal is finally decided. Therefore, he is requesting to observe that now when appeal of the Corporation has been dismissed, it would be appropriate to direct Registry of this Court or to tribunal to release the amount in favour of the claimant.

In view of above, it would be appropriate for the tribunal to pass necessary orders of disbursement of the amount in favour of each of the claimant and to deposit certain portion of the amount in FDR, so as to safe guard their interest, considering their age and other aspect. Civil Application is disposed of. Direct Service is permitted.
