1. This is an application for parole leave.
2. Rule. Learned APP waives service of rule for the State.
3. Considering the totality, the following order is passed.
3.1 This application is allowed.
3.2 The applicant / accused is granted parole leave for a period of two weeks from the date of his actual release, on his executing personal bond of Rs.5,000/- to the concerned Jail authority.
expiry of the stipulated period.
3.4 Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
3.5 Yadi be sent to the concerned Jail.
