1. The convict is before this Court, seeking parole leave for 45 days on the ground of heart ailment of his father.

2. The convict is sentenced to undergo imprisonment for life and he has spent only 2 years and 7 months in jail. From the Nominal Roll, it appears that his last release was in the recent past, i.e. in August, 2019. Even otherwise, the cause does not appear to be genuine.

3. Resultantly, this application fails and is REJECTED. Rule is discharged, accordingly.

4. Office to communicate this order to the concerned jail authority, which shall, in turn, communicate the same to the person concerned, FORTHWITH.
