This application has been filed duly supported by an affidavit of Suboor Shahid son of Shahid Ali pairokar of the petitioner, who was also doing pairvi on behalf of the petitioner in the aforesaid writ petition, stating that the orders impugned in the said writ petition have been withdrawn by the Authorities themselves, hence this writ petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

The application is allowed. The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Interim order, if any, shall stand discharged.
