DAVE) Learned Assistant Government Pleader states that proposal is forwarded by the Director, Primary Education to the Deputy Secretary, Education Department, Government of Gujarat on 22.02.2019 so as to take appropriate decision in view of the fact that the learned Single Judge has vacated interim relief, which was granted earlier in terms of Section 17B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.

Accordingly, the Deputy Secretary, Education Department, Government of Gujarat is directed to take decision by 18.03.2019.
