The only relief pressed by learned counsel for the petitioner before this Court is that a direction may be issued to respondent No.2 to decide the Appeal No.C201770500861 (Ganesh vs. Lal Bahadur and others) within a stipulated period.

Learned standing counsel has no objection to the aforesaid request.

In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent No.2 to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within six months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
