There is three counsels but one Sri Ram Maurya is reported to be indisposed today. There are names of two other counsel appearing in the case but when the case is called on, none appears on behalf of petitioner.

Sri Aditya Singh, learned Standing Counsel is present on behalf of respondent no.1 to 5.

The petition is dismissed for non prosecution.

The interim order dated 9.11.1989 is, hereby, vacated.

Let this order be communicated to the Collector and Assistant Collector, Pilibhit by the office within a week for necessary follow up action.
