2. The present is an application seeking condonation of delay of 24 days caused in preferring for Criminal Appeal. Learned advocate for the applicant-appellant Mr.Darshit Brahmbhatt points out with reference to the averments in the application to explain the passage of time leading to delay, that the applicant was behind the bars since November, 2019 and when the bail was granted to him, he has make preparation to prefer the Appeal. 3. The grounds put-forth for condonation of delay eminently make out sufficient cause explaining the delay. Accordingly, the present application is allowed by condoning delay.
