Heard Sri Anurag Dubey, learned counsel for the applicants and Sri IP Srivastava, for the State.

This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to quash the orders dated 21.8.2011 issued by the CJM, Mainpuri in Case No. 579 of 2017 arising out of Crime No.649 of 2016 under Section 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, PS-Kotwali, district Mainpuri pending before the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mainpuri.

After having heard the learned counsel for the applicants and perused the materials brought on record, I do not find any justification for quashing the impugned order in the aforesaid case. The prayer for quashing the same is hereby refused.

For a period of three weeks from today, non-bailable warrant issued against the applicant shall be kept in abeyance.

In case, the applicant does not appears before the Court below within the aforesaid period, trial Court is free to take coercive action against him.

It is made clear that the applicant will not be granted any further time by this Court for surrendering before the Court below as directed above.

The application stands disposed of.
