This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief;

"a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to evict/dispossess the petitioner from her respective residence nor will she be interfered with her right to carry on her profession of singing and dancing except in accordance with law.

b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to decide the representation dated 02.03.2019 sent by the petitioner within a stipulated time in accordance with law."

Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we are of the opinion that petitioner may approach the Senior Superintendent of Police, Agra (respondent no. 3) for redressal of her grievances. It is expected that respondent no. 3 shall do the needful in accordance with law, as the situation demands.

With this observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
