1. Respondent No.2 Punjab National Bank is represented through learned advocate Mr.K.M.Parikh. Learned advocate appearing on behalf of respondent No.2 is not remaining present. Today also, the matter is required to be adjourned due to sick note filed by learned advocate appearing on behalf of respondent No.2. Under the circumstances, S.O. to 21/07/2010.
