The applicant has challenged the impugned judgment and order dated 1st April 2019 passed by learned 18th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vadodara in Criminal Case No. 41247/2015 as well as judgment and order dated 7th December 2019 passed by learned 6th Additional Sessions Judge, Vadodara in Criminal Appeal No. 87 of 2019.

R/CR.RA/1719/2019 ORDER It was submitted by learned advocate for the applicant that on a request made by applicant, vide order dated 24th December 2019, the applicant was permitted to deposit Rs. 60,000/- before the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vadodara within a period of two weeks. Thereafter, settlement was arrived at between the parties, and therefore, this amount could not be deposited by the present applicant. It is further submitted that now the entire cheque amount has already been paid by the present applicant to the original complainant- respondent no.1.

Notice returnable on 29th January 2020. Learned APP waives service of notice for and on behalf of the respondent- State. Learned advocate Mr. Shreyang S. Vayeda waives service of notice for and on behalf of the respondent No.1.

Interim relief sought for in para 18(c) stands granted so far as the suspension of sentence is concerned.
