1 By this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner complains of inaction on the part of the police authorities in not registering the F.I.R. pursuant to the complaint lodged by him in writing dated 10.05.2014 addressed to the Police Commissioner, Vadodara City, Vadodara.

2 The Police Commissioner shall look into the complaint lodged by the petitioner herein at Annexure:'C' to this petition (page No.40) and process the same in accordance with law expeditiously. 3 With the above, this petition is disposed of. I clarify that I have otherwise not gone into the merit of the matter. Direct service is permitted.
