Although it is alleged that the order of the writ court dated 28.8.2017, passed in Writ Petition No.39007 of 2017, was filed on 5.9.2017 but the service itself is not substantiated. The order has also been sent by registered post on 1.11.2017, but the time permitted by the writ court for its compliance has not expired till date.
This contempt petition, accordingly, is consigned to records, at this stage, with liberty reserved to the applicant to file afresh, in case the order of the writ court is not complied with.
