Heard Mr. Hriday Buch, learned advocate assisted by Mr. Amar Bhatt, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. He states that the petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs.2,18,407/- with Corporation within a period of one week subject to without prejudice to his rights and contentions, which may be advanced at the time of hearing.
Notice returnable on 27.03.2019 on condition that the petitioner shall deposit the above-referred amount within a period of one week from today.
Parties are directed to maintain status quo with regard to the hoardings in question. Direct service is permitted today.
