The petitioner has prayed that while the Sub-Divisional Officer was seized with the inquiry after the remand from the Appellate Court, a fresh allotment may not take place.
Learned Standing Counsel, however, in reply submits that everything which shall be done during the pendency of the inquiry shall be subject to the outcome of the inquiry.
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel, I am of the view that the inquiry be concluded within the next two weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. If any open meeting etc. is conducted, it shall be subject to the outcome of the inquiry viz-a-viz the petitioner.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
