1. Rule. Learned APP Ms. Maithili D. Mehta waives service of notice of rule for the respondent - State of Gujarat.
2. The present application has been filed for condonation of delay of 275 days occurred in filing the appeal against the order of conviction.
3. The learned APP has no objection if the delay is condoned.

4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the delay occurred in filing the appeal is condoned in the interest of justice.
