Learned advocate for the applicant does not press this application and seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to file a fresh bail application before the trial Court after filing of a charge-sheet.
Permission as prayed for, is granted. The present application stands dismissed as withdrawn with above liberty. Rule is discharged.
It is made clear that the present application is not decided on merits and the trial Court shall decide the application on its own merits.
