Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the State respondents.

The only relief pressed in this writ petition is that a direction may be issued to respondent No.1 to decide the Mutation Case No.T2017054465043531 (Kaimul Nisha vs. Amir), under Section 34 of the Land Revenue Act within a stipulated period.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.1 to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within six months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
