1. Rule. Mr.Rutvij Oza, learned Assistant Government Pleader waives service of Rule on behalf of the respondents.
2. By way of the present petition, the petitioner has prayed as under:
"14(A) Your Lordships may be pleased to direct the respondent No.4 - Joint Secretary, Industries and Mines Department to decide the revision application of the petitioner, being R-75 as expeditiously as possible.
(B) Ex-parte ad-interim relief in terms of prayer 14(A) above may kindly be granted."

3. Having heard learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respective parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the concerned respondent authority is hereby directed to decide the Revision Application No.R-75 of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
With the above direction, the present petition is disposed of. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
Direct service is permitted.
