The petitioner has filed the present writ petition for quashing the impugned notice issued under Section 61-B of the Indian Forest Act.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, we are of the opinion that the petitioner has already submitted a reply, which will appropriately decided by the authority concerned. At this stage, the matter is premature and does not call to entertain the writ petition for quashing the impugned notice.

The writ petition is dismissed at this stage.
