The only relief pressed by the petitioner in this writ petition is that Revision No.69 of 2008-09/Jhansi pending before the respondent No.1 may be directed to be decided at an early date.

Learned standing counsel has no objection the aforesaid request.

In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent No.1 to decide the aforesaid revision in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within six months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment. It is made clear that no unnecessary adjournments shall be granted to the parties.
