Steps be taken immediately According to the appellant the amount calculated and awarded is without considering the functional disability.
On appellant depositing the 75% awarded amount before the Tribunal, the execution of the order impugned shall remain stayed. In that view of the matter, the Insurance Company shall deposit 75% of decretal amount awarded by Court below in M.A.C.P. No.349 of 2016 with at the rate of 7% interest.
