Rule is served to all the respondents.

The Tribunal has awarded total sum of Rs.9,50,000/- as compensation to the original claimants. However, the Insurance Company has disputed the award only to the extent of Rs.2,73,000/-. Therefore, the undisputed amount comes to Rs.6,77,000/- of which 50% is Rs.3,38,500/-. This amount of Rs.3,38,500/- is ordered to be disbursed to the claimants along with interest and proportionate cost. The remaining amount of Rs.6,11,500/- i.e. Rs.3,38,500/- + Rs.2,73,000/-, shall be invested in long terms Fixed Deposit as ordered vide order earlier order dated 27.11.2014.

Now, the order dated 27.11.2014 made in Civil Application No.12941 of 2014 is confirmed. Application is disposed of. Rule made absolute. Appeal be listed as per seriatim.
