Learned AGP states that the order of detention passed by respondent No.1 impugned in this petition stands revoked by the competent authority on 31.12.2009 as per the recommendation of the Advisory Board.
In view of the statement made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the subject matter of the petition does not require any adjudication. The matter stands disposed of. Rule is discharged accordingly with no order as to costs.
