Though the matter is repeatedly listed on certain dates in last week and also in this week, learned advocate Mr. Dhaval G. Nanavati for the respondent No.1 has not remained present. Therefore, the Registry is hereby, directed to issue Notice to the respondent No.1 - Surat Municipal Corporation, Municipal Commissioner, asking the Commissioner to depute some responsible officer not below the rank of Dy. Municipal from East Zone on 27th February, 2019.
Registry is hereby directed to sent this order to respondent No.1 through fax latest by 25th February, 2019.
