(PER : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE S.R.BRAHMBHATT) Learned advocate Shri Shivang Jani appearing for the petitioner submits that the order and award, whereof the contempt was committed and the petition was filed, the High Court has stayed the same in the proceedings in Special Civil Application No.19932 of 2010 on 15.11.2019. He placed on record the stay order and sought permission for withdrawal of this petition, at this stage with liberty to applicant to approach the Court in case if the petition is disposed of or the stay is vacated, by filing petition under the Contempt of Court Act. Permission as sought for with liberty, is granted. Application is disposed of as withdrawn. The Court has not observed or opined on merits of the case.
