Mr. Thakker, learned advocate for the applicant submitted that in view of the settlement between the parties and in the light of the order passed in the main petition, the cause for prosecuting the application does not survive and the workman has instructed him to withdraw the application and that, therefore, he withdraws the application. Consequently, the application is disposed of as withdrawn. Notice is discharged.
