1. RULE. Ms.C.M.Shah, learned APP waives service of notice of rule on behalf of the respondent-State.

2. This application is preferred by the convict for being released on temporary bail for a period of 21 days for attending the marriage of his nephew.

3. Heard Ms.C.M.Shah, learned APP for the respondent-State and perused the record.

4. Considering the ground raised in the application and the fact that conduct of the convict in jail is reported to be good and he Page 1 of 2 HC-NIC Page 1 of 2 Created On Tue May 03 02:46:16 IST 2016 R/CR.MA/10237/2016 ORDER surrendered in time when he was released on earlier occasions, this application is partly allowed and the convict is granted temporary bail for a period of 15 days from the date of his release, on his executing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) before the concerned jail authority. On expiry of the aforesaid period, the convict shall surrender before the jail authority forthwith. Rule is made absolute.
