The present writ petition has been filed against the order dated 14.3.2019 passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Mau in Revision No. 170.

Through the impugned order dated 14.3.2019, the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Mau has allotted the respondents a chak on Plot Nos. 245 and 246 considering the existence of their abadi. The petitioner and the respondents were the co- tenure holders of Plot Nos. 245 and 246 and the said plots were original holdings of the petitioner and the respondents. Even after the order dated 14.3.2019, the petitioner retains a chak on Plot Nos. 245 and 246. In view of the aforesaid, the order does not violate any of the principles enumerated in Section 19 of the Uttar Pradesh Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953.

The writ petition lacks merit and is dismissed.
