(PER : HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE N.V.ANJARIA) The captioned group of Misc. Civil Applications under the Contempt of Court's Act, 1971, are filed seeking compliance of directions issued in common order dated 19.10.2019 passed in Special Civil Application No. 18550 of 2019 and other cognate petitions.

2. Notice was issued 26.2.2020. Today, when the applications came up for consideration, learned advocate Mr. Sidhant Shah appeared and submitted that he has instructions to appear on behalf of respondent Rajula Municipality. He stated that he has filed vakalatnama yesterday.

3. Learned advocate for the Municipality further Page 2 of 3 Downloaded on : Fri Aug 28 02:58:53 IST 2020 C/MCA/232/2020 ORDER stated that process of compliance of the directions in question is underway. He stated that Municipality has submitted necessary details to the Pension and Provident Fund Directorate for the purpose of conferment of benefits to the applicants. He submitted within two weeks entire process would be completed.

4. In the aforesaid view, we post these applications after three weeks. It is expected that order under implementation will be complied with by that deadline.

5. Learned advocate Mr. Vishal Thakkar has no objection to adjourn the applications for the aforesaid purpose. Stand over to 18.9.2020.

The Registry shall show the name of learned advocate Mr. Sidhant Shah on the next date of posting.
